Buying Vintage

Because vintage is pre-loved, loose threads, slight fading and other signs of age that do not affect wearability are not considered flaws. Each piece is thoroughly inspected  at least three times before it arrives at your doorstep and any damage will be described in detail in the item description. Normal vintage wear may include loose or missing sequins and beads on sequin garments that do not distract from the design, stitching that needs to be secured, loose buttons, slight loss of fabric color from washings, slight pilling on knits and mild leather scuffing.

Occasionally, we carry “New Old Stock” or “Deadstock” pieces that have the original tags attached. Please keep in mind that even unused vintage items might not appear brand new and can show signs of age.

Most vintage pieces are one-of-a-kind, so if something sells it is unlikely we will have another one in stock.  We update the store regularly, so avoid heartbreak by checking in often. Our vintage items sell out fast and when they are gone, they are gone.

We do not accept returns for items that do not fit. When determining if something will fit you, we recommend checking the measurements listed against something you own that fits you well. Occasionally, we will pin larger items to our models to show a proper fit, so please check the measurements carefully. For more about sizing, see our fit guide here.

If your purchase is grossly misrepresented in the description, we will accept a return with the original tags still attached for store credit. Please inspect your item carefully before removing the tags, as we cannot accept returns once the tags are removed.

We recommend our customers clean vintage garments before use.
