Q: How many people work for Thrifted?
A: Currently, two of us work full time. We also have two interns, six models, and a web developer that we work with on a regular basis. We are a very small team!
Q: Are your vintage items really vintage? How old does something have to be to be considered vintage?
A: Yes, anything listed in the "Vintage" section of the site is 100% guaranteed to be authentic vintage and at least 15 years old. Vintage-inspired and reproduction pieces will be listed in the "New" section of the site.
Q: Where do you source your vintage clothing?
A: Anywhere and everywhere that sells vintage. We collect items piece by piece from all over the world to bring you the very finest selection that we can find.
Q: Do you have a brick and mortar store?
A: Not at this time. Currently we only sell online on this site and through our eBay store.
Q: Will you ship to my country?
A: For a list of countries we ship to please visit our Shipping Information page. Unfortunately, if your country is not on the list, you will be unable to purchase from our website. Our eBay store ships worldwide.
Q: I purchased something in your eBay store and I want to have it shipped with something I purchased on your website to save on shipping costs. Do you offer combined shipping for both stores?
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to combine items purchased on our website with items purchased in our eBay store for shipping. So sorry!
Q: May I use your pictures in my blog?
A: Absolutely! Feel free to use our pictures for anything non-commercial related so as long as you credit us.
Q: Can I use more than one coupon code per order?
A: No, our system only allows one coupon code per order.
Q: Will you email me if you get a particular item back in stock?
A: We are not set up to send emails about restocked items. If you want to know if something will be restocked please email us and we will let you know whether or not to check back.
