Rare 1950's black and white polka dotted party dress with a tulle stuffed bubble hem. Mid-century construction featuring a tiny waspy high waist and flared skirt. Partially lined. Back metal zip closure. Built in crinoline.

This style was copied so much in the 80's, and it is rare to find one of the originals! Even prettier in person.
